Howdy Folks my name is Tyler Buchanan and this is my blog about the Wahburn Ichabod football team. I decided to write about the team because I love the game of football and what's better than writing about something you love? It's football season ladies and gentlemen! This year is bound to be an exciting one and Washburn is looking to have an alright season. The offense is filled with very experienced players at all the skill positions, so be prepared to see lots of points on that new scoreboard. The Defense is looking stout with an all around good secondary along with some solid run support.
So far the Ichabod's have played some good football with a record of 1-1. They lost a heart breaker against Lindenwood 38-44 at home. Then defeated Kearney 10-7 with a field goal at the end to win.
Their next game is at home against Pittsburg State.
